What is the Work Progress portal?
A secure login area where clients track project milestones and freelancers post updates. Each project has a unique Project ID and access password.
Where do I get my Project ID and password?
Your Ask Freelancer project manager shares credentials when a project is created. Contact us if you haven't received them.
What is the difference between client and freelancer login?
Clients view progress, milestones, and updates. Freelancers can mark milestones complete and post progress notes for the team.
I forgot my password — what should I do?
Email hello@askfreelancer.com with your Project ID. An admin can regenerate client or freelancer access credentials.
